You get a confirmation by text and email, with the arrival window and the address we have on file.
On the day
We arrive inside the window and work for roughly two hours. You don't need to be in the room, but someone needs to let us in and the machine has to be accessible where it stands.
Payment
We take a card at booking and charge nothing to it. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you're satisfied. If the musty smell comes back within 30 days, we return at no charge.
Your report
A written condition report covering the gasket, filter, and hoses, flagging anything nearing failure, plus before-and-after photographs, sent the same day.

Before you book, two things we don't do
So nothing is a surprise on the day
- NoWe don’t repair machines. If we find something broken or close to failing, we say what it is and what it will take to fix, and it goes in your report. We have nothing to sell you at that moment.
- NoWe won’t slide units out, lift them, or un-stack them. We clean around and behind as far as we can reach, not underneath.
Front-load washers are the focus. Top-loaders are serviced at the same $299 by request.
